How to copy data from disk (eg. beo5) to you space at lxplus?

Use secure copy: scp 

 
scp  'uname'@lxpub3.iihe.ac.be:/beo5/somefile 'uname'@lxplus.cern.ch:/afs/cern.ch/user/m/me
