Survey of all the CMS T2s
Purpose
We will check the write access on the /store/temp/user on all CMS T2s.
According to the "Namespace guidelines" :
https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/CMS/T2AdminGuide#Namespace_guidelines
a directory /store/temp/user must be present and writeable for all CMS users on each SE.
Note that according to these guidelines, /store/temp doesn't need to be writeable by all CMS users. So, if /store/temp/user doesn't exist on a SE, it must be created with the right permissions by the site's administrators.

To get the right SURLs for each site, we use that kind of trick:

On each site, we will first do an lcg-ls of /store/temp/user. If it succeeds, we do an lcg-cp of a small test file in /store/temp/user/test, followed by a lcg-ls to check if the file is well copied. And then we delete it.
Of course, we will use a script to repeat this tests for each site. (You will find that script in the attachments.)
