PubDB

• PubDB needs php: php needs some extra components: pear install (DB, Net_URL, HTTP_Request)
• config info from script ./create-PubDB.sh must be used. don't forget to choose a good passwd and also set the firewall on for the mysql db
• user scripts: use a=announce-data.sh;sed "s/pubdb-web-server\/path-to-pubdb-www/nahi\.iihe\.ac\.be\/cms\/pubdb/" $a > $a.new; mv $a.new $a
