Script to make a .cfi file containing root files needed to feed into .cfg

 /msa1/jmmaes/CMSSW_1_6_9_NOPAT/src/collectRootFilesInCfi.csh

To use it, make sure you are running cshell (e.g. on master2), go to the appropriate directory and do the following

 source collectRootFilesInCfi.csh try7 bTagFromTop/CSA07/chowder_signal

secure copy between laptop and m1

!! This only works when scp-ing from my laptop
