Crabserver can be installed on an typical UI, but the following must be done on it before crabserver installation :

Here is the basic Crabserver installation procedure on a SLC4 machine :

If you plan to install Crabserver on a SLC5 machine, you must start the installation following that procedure :

As of Crabserver 1_1_3, most of the installation can be done through a script CSInstallationScript.sh available on CERN's CVS in COMP/INTEGRATION/crabvalidation/. If you have any question about that script, please contact Claudio GRANDI.
