Round 2 pat-tuple production

This is the second round, the goal is to produce pat-tuples from the redigi Summer08/Fall08 samples

CMSSW & PAT version

For this round CMSSW_2_2_6 is used together with following versions of PAT en jetMETObjects. The latter one is for the JES corrections

Remarks:

• For the PF jets you cannot switch doType1MET=True ànd jetCorrLabel=('IC5','PF') on
• If you want to addJetCollection and switchJetCollection in the same time you have to be careful with the order. First add collection, then switch the collection if not you will mess up jetCorrLabel.

• Remark: The changes with respect to 9th March are
  • no improvement for ttbar, inclusive mu or W/Z-jets samples. Some of them are not yet available at t2s. A mail has been sent to ask for phedexing.
  • QCD and single top started but not yet available at t2

• Remark: The changes with respect to 18th March are
  • WC sample is now at one T2.
  • tauola ttbar is not yet phedexed?

In R2 all the output files have the same name, they are stored in different directories. The name of the directory takes into account the dataset name and if the cuts are applied or not.
