The cern has a handy web tool to transfer files between different grid SE (like our pnfs). Or between a grid SE and dropbox.
You can find it here
Log in with your grid certificate. // Click on 'submit a transfer' and then on 'delegation'->'delegate again' and follow the instructions that appear.
