*On this page you can find the procedures used to make the TopTree root files of the systematic samples

*TopTrees of the Round 3 (fullsim) Pat-tuples was made using the config files here:

The samples produced by Joris are InclusiveMuPt15, MCatNLOTTbar_redigi_nocuts, MCatNLOWminusMu_redigi, MCatNLOWplusMu_redigi, SUSY_LM1-sftsht_redigi_nocuts, TauolaTTbar_cuts, and ZJets-madgraph. TJets-madgraph_redigi_nocuts_ns was run interactively.

*TopTrees of the some Round 4 (fastsim) samples have been made (Oct 8th). It concerns here: Wjets and Zjets sample. The Wjets has been run on the grid, the root files have been copied to /user on m1 to merge. Zjets was run interactively. The root files and config files are here:

*I've made the TopTrees (Oct 20th) for the alpgen samples (with 30/40/50 threshold). The settings and version of the TopTree are the same as the ones used for the fullsim samples. The config files and the root files can be found here:
