*Installation instructions:
## as phedex user, login in nahi. create a cmsglide directory.
## run <nowiki>wget http://home.fnal.gov/~anzar/CMSGLIDE/install_glide.sh</nowiki>
## in the install_glide.sh, set the following values GLIDE_INSTALL_DIR=/scratch/phedex/cmsglide pool_runjob_tag=v01-00-03 cmsglide_tag=v01-00-08
## setup the correct environment in the setup,sh file, the phedex user already has the correct environment in it's .bashrc file. since we're using xcmsi, comment all DAR related references, and add <nowiki>eval <tt>scram setroot -sh ORCA ORCA_8_7_1</tt> </nowiki> <nowiki> eval <tt>scram runtime -sh</tt> </nowiki> <nowiki> export LD_PRELOAD="/opt/d-cache/dcap/lib/libpdcap.so" </nowiki>
## cmsglide probably only uses the pool version used by phedex, but i installed orca_8_7_1 anyway and used the desy extra lines.
## then copy the cmsglide/CMSGLIDE-dist/test/PHEDEX_TEST dir to workspace, and modify thePhedexSite.Paramui file
